Product Return Procedure
  • Impression Technology Customer Service must be contacted for Return Material Authorization prior to the return of any product.
  • Customer Service will evaluate and advise of any charges to be assessed against the return and issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • This number should be placed on the shipping label (not on the shipping container) for routing when received at Impression Technology.
  • Packages received without an RMA# will not be processed.
  • All new product must be returned in resaleable condition, including all documentation and original packaging.
  • All products must be returned freight pre-paid.
  • Freight is only refundable if the return was due to an error by Impression Technology and is agreed to by all parties prior to the product being returned.
  • Please have the following information available when calling for an RMA#:

      1. Company Name
      2. Invoice number
      3. Quantity to be returned
      4. Part number
      5. Reason for return

  • Returns will only be accepted by Impression Technology when arranged through the original purchaser (company/organization).
